Advice is generated using artificial intelligence (including OpenAI/ChatGPT technology) based on user inputs, stored preferences, and historical interactions. The service is for informational and training purposes only and does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or professional instruction.ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyProCaddy. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access core features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Signing up for the app constitutes explicit agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER
All coaching, tips, insights, and recommendations are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every individual. You use all advice at your own risk. MyProCaddy accepts no liability for performance outcomes, injuries, equipment damage, or decisions made based on AI outputs.DATA STORAGE & USER EXPERIENCE
To deliver a personalised experience, MyProCaddy stores user data including chat conversations, coaching notes, preferences, goals, performance context, and usage patterns. This data is required for the core functionality of the service. By using the app, you consent to this storage and processing. You retain full control and may delete your chats, notes, and account at any time (see Privacy Policy).SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Paid subscriptions unlock premium features. Subscription prices and terms are displayed clearly at the point of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew if you wish to continue paid access after the subscription period ends. Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play policies.ACCEPTABLE USE
