Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Apple, Google) and we do not store card details.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
   Your data is used to operate the service, personalise AI responses, improve coaching accuracy, enhance user experience, provide customer support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. AI interactions require data storage to function correctly.

3. AI & CHATGPT USAGE
   MyProCaddy uses AI technology (including OpenAI/ChatGPT) to generate responses. Relevant data is processed to provide personalised outputs. We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted technology partners solely to operate and improve the service.

4. DATA RETENTION
   We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may delete individual chats, notes, or your entire account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes personal data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
   You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. Deleting your account fully removes your data and AI history.

6. COOKIES
